I've been at Principal 19 years, and as I've grown over my career, the thing that really keeps me here is the continuous learning and opportunities that I'm provided. I've always felt I could set the tone for my career, and while I've had opportunities presented to me, I've also felt empowered to seek out my own. And even though it might be scary, even when it seems it's something that's outside your comfort zone,
