The culture here at Principal really prioritizes both purpose and ethics. Every day that I come to work, I have the opportunity to not only make an impact on our customers lives, but my community, too. For example, I'm able to volunteer on company time and one opportunity that I've recently been a part of is that our new community learning center here in our Des Moines campus. We get to work with youth from local organizations, helping them to build technology and professional development skills.

It's rewarding knowing that the work I do has meaning and makes a positive impact on communities where we live and work.
