Less than five percent of U.S. women-owned businesses gross a million dollars or more in revenue. According to author Susan Wilson Solovic, it doesn't have to be that way. Susan Wilson Solovic is the chief executive officer of SBTV - America's only online television network providing news exclusively for the small business community. She is also an author and her most recent book, is an encouraging guide that provides women business owners the resources to achieve and sustain success.
Recently, Solovic was appointed by the president to the National Women's Business Council. She addresses important women business owner issues with Congress and the Small Business Administration (SBA). She also serves on the Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) Executive Advisory Board. Solovic has been featured nationally on various radio and television programs and is a regular career expert for Cosmopolitan magazine.
