Issue with advisor email subscription process resolved
We want to make you aware that due to a system issue, no emails were sent to financial professionals from Nov. 19–25. We’re unable to re-send those emails; however, the issue has been resolved and emails resumed, as normal, on Nov. 26.
To view any correspondence sent to your Life, Disability, or Annuity customers during the past week, go to Client Correspondence and then do a search by DATE RANGE in Client Correspondence.
If the above link does not work, you can get to Client Correspondence by doing the following:
• Log in at principal.com/finpro.
• Select “Life, Disability and Annuities” from “My customer’s communications”.
