Pivot is a lower-cost annuity, allowing clients to design a well-balanced portfolio for an annual cost of less than 2.00%.

Tax-deferred growth

Pivot is a tax-deferred investment opportunity. Potential gains within the account are reinvested — and also tax-deferred — which compounds growth. It allows clients to avoid paying taxes on their account’s investment gains until they withdraw money, which can have a powerful impact on their potential investment gains and future income.

If their goals change, so can their investment choices. There are no extra fees or taxes just for moving money between subaccounts. And automatic rebalancing keeps your client’s investments in line with their goals – also with no additional expenses or taxes.

Create a financial legacy

For clients who want to create a financial legacy for loved ones, Pivot offers both standard and optional enhanced death benefits which provide additional protection in case of market volatility. None of our death benefit options require underwriting. Plus, all proceeds pass outside of probate which gets money to heirs more quickly.

Retire with guaranteed money

Pivot’s Flexible Pension Builder rider offers clients an option to convert a portion of their investments into a stream of guaranteed retirement income that’s not affected by market volatility. Money not converted to guaranteed income remains invested for further potential growth.

Different income benefit options are available, including single and joint life benefits.
