Over time, a number of enhancements will be made to the technology and processes used to receive, manage, underwrite, and issue your business. The result will be a smoother new business journey for application receipt through policy delivery. And this dedicated website is your one-stop shop for keeping current on this upgrade program.

- September 2025:
- Updated pending business report to allow download of life insurance forms directly from the report and added a requirement note when the policy is to be eDelivered.
- August 2025:
- Made eDelivery available for Principal Income Protector disability policies where the owner and insured are not the same person.
- July 2025:
- Added detailed exam and APS vendor statuses for orders placed by Principal available for pending life and IDI insurance policies
- June 2025:
- Made eDelivery available for the following Principal insurance products:
- Principal Income Protector (excludes GSI) where owner and insured are the same person
- Universal life and indexed universal life (not available when the permanent policy is issues as part of a term conversion)
- Introduced Multi-Life Drop Ticket for Term life insurance – for business cases with multiple insureds and the same owner, submit a single ticket for all policies
- Updated Exam Status emails
- Examiner contact details are included, when available
- Accurate appointment dates – when an updated appointment date is set, the email displays the new scheduled appointment date, rather than the date the appointment was confirmed
