You must register in advance to attend the virtual Annual Shareholders Meeting. Registration will require you to contact your bank or broker and request a legal proxy, which then must be submitted to Computershare no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Your request must be labeled as "Legal Proxy" and emailed to Computershare at: legalproxy@computershare.com. For further assistance, you may contact Computershare at 866-781-1368.
