Principal Asset Management^®Appoints Daniel Maric as Head of European Distribution

FRANKFURT, Aug. 6 2026 – Principal Asset Management® today announced the appointment of Daniel Maric as Managing Director, Head of European Distribution, a newly created role focused on advancing the firm’s regional growth strategy and deepening relationships with clients and partners across Europe. 

Based in Germany, Maric will oversee distribution across the region, working with local teams to serve institutional investors and expand access to the public and private market capabilities offered by Principal Asset Management.

Maric joined Principal Asset Management in 2021 as Managing Director, Head of Sales for Germany and Austria. He has more than two decades of experience in institutional sales and client relationship management, including senior roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management, MEAG Asset Management, and State Street Global Advisors.
