Snigdha has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years. She began her career as a financial professional building a successful practice in a new market primarily through community involvement and center of influence relationships. Snigdha has a unique combination of experience and expertise as she has served in leadership roles building organizations. Her focus has always been driving strategic initiatives and partnerships between the corporate and sales partners. Among her recent accomplishments - significant acquisitions in the recruiting space, substantial growth in net new assets, and firm-wide recognition for her team's financial planning and on boarding successes.

Jeff Harper - Managing Director

Jeff Harper joined Principal® Financial Network of Ohio management team in 2021, bringing over 27 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. As managing director, Harper is committed to helping financial professionals leverage their strengths and experiences to build successful practices. He recognizes that it all starts by asking the right questions and being a mentor to both new and seasoned financial professionals.

Harper has obtained his FINRA Series 7, 66, 24, and 53 securities registrations, as well as his Life and Health Insurance License. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.

In his free time, Harper is an active member of his local community. He attends the Faith United Methodist Church and has coached numerous youth sports. He currently serves as President of the Lakota East Athletic Boosters. Harper and his wife Chris reside in West Chester along with his three kids, Jack, Emily, and Andrew, and their yellow lab, Chloe.
