John Ledesma - Regional Managing Director
I began my career in financial services in1987 and have been with Principal since 2005.
My job is to partner with our financial professionals and help them build their businesses.
I believe work-life balance is the key to life and a successful career.
Rob Cozzi, Jr., CLF®, RICP - Managing Director
In 2004 I joined Principal as a financial professional. While maintaining my client focused business, I became a Development Director in 2008 and a Managing Director in 2016.
I really enjoy developing my representatives and helping my clients become financially successful.
My happy place is spending as many weekends as possible up in the mountains with my family fly fishing or hanging out around the barbecue.

When I'm not at work I'm playing softball, volunteering at my church or hanging out with family and friends.

Lisa joined Principal in 2008 sourcing Registered Financial Professionals and Leaders for the Mid-West, Northwest, and Western United States. Kristen brings over 10 years of experience in financial services and recruiting to Principal and has been with the company since 2014. She is specialized in candidate experience and delivering high quality recruiting support to business centers and financial professionals alike. Kristen has her bachelor’s degree in marketing and human resources from Colorado State University. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Eric, and two children – Jamison and Carson in addition to traveling the world, exploring new places, and meeting new people.
Brittany Bral - Candidate Launch Consultant
Brittany has been with Principal for five years this year. Her first four years were spent on the group side of benefits in various roles. She worked to service the field offices, existing customers, and brokers. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She and her husband enjoy spending time on the lake in the summer and traveling and cruising in the winter. They are avid cruisers and enjoy exploring new ports. Brittany's greatest thrill adventure was sky diving in Maui, Hawaii in January 2020.
