Should an Employee wish to receive personalized financial recommendations, the Employee must first enter into a formal engagement with Financial Professional under a separate agreement.
- Potential conflicts of interest. While the Program’s financial education services are provided free of charge, Principal Securities separately offers products and services that may generate compensation and present certain conflicts of interest. If any Employee engages Financial Professional via a formal engagement, the Employee will receive full disclosures regarding costs and any conflicts of interest of such products and services.
- Ownership of Materials. All creative works, educational content, and logos provided by Principal Securities for use in the Program, including those contained on the microsite (“Materials”), are, unless otherwise stated, the property of Principal Securities or its affiliates. You agree your use of all such Materials is limited to your participation in the Program and upon exiting the Program you agree to cease all use and return all Materials.
