Pricing update for Executive VUL III

Principal Executive Variable Universal Life IIISM (Executive VUL III) offers an attractive way to informally finance nonqualified deferred compensation plans. It can also be used to fund corporate-sponsored solutions to help retain and retire key employees or prepare for planned and unplanned ownership transition events.

Effective March 2, 2026, Executive VUL III is repriced for new-issue policies. The new rates are approved in all states except New York.
