Principal and Ease EOI integration
As previously shared, Ease has announced it will stop accepting new business effective January 1, 2027. Employers currently using the platform should begin planning a transition strategy now.
Clients using the Ease platform may also begin seeing a pop-up message indicating that EOI integration with Principal is no longer available. However, this does not impact the continuity of EOI servicing through Principal.
Here’s what to expect moving forward:
- For any Ease customer who will require an EOI, they will now receive an email directly from Principal with a link to our online EOI experience.
Employers can continue to view the status of open and completed EOIs through eService.
