On Thursday, April 9, Bonus plan clients with an email address on file with us will receive an email requesting that they complete the Key Decision Maker Form. This form helps confirm the correct contacts for their plan and ensures their services align with their business needs. Once clients return the form, Business Market Administration (BMA) can provide enhanced plan management, including ongoing plan reviews, clear updates about changes that may affect their plan, and convenient online access to manage documents and policy details.
