Product details

  • Issue ages: 18 to 60 (18-64 for multi-life cases)
  • Occupation classes: All
  • Elimination periods: 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days
  • Benefit periods: 2 years, 5 years, To Age 65, To Age 67, or To Age 70
  • Benefit maximum: Up to $35,000 per month issue limit ($20,000 per month issue limit in CA); up to $35,000 per month participation limit with other disability coverage
  • Discounts (not all can be stacked together): 10% Affiliation,10% Select Occupation, 20% Multi-Life Discount, 10% Association, up to 10% Mental/Nervous Substance Abuse rider discount
  • A variety of riders are available to help customize the policy
