Philip Pyrz, CRPS®, CLF®, FLMI®, ACS® - Senior Regional Managing Director
My passion is collaborating with our team of financial professionals who specialize in helping business owners and individuals live their best lives! I am interested in connecting with entrepreneurial-minded professionals who want to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves.
Amber Jones - Assistant Director Field Operations
Amber’s role as an Assistant Director allows her to impact what she is most passionate about, people. She has been driving strategic initiatives and leading teams in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years. Her primary objective is to lead highly engaged teams that bring “big value” to both internal and external customers. And she believes that is accomplished through proactive leadership, coaching, serving, and growing people.
Other passions are: Traveling to new places, music, and time spent with family and friends.

Sarah Lindsay - Manager Field Operations
As Field Manager-Operations Sarah has the privilege of providing team leadership to the New Business Consultants, who deliver consultation and management on all aspects of new business case design and submission. We partner closely with professionals to promote processes and services that support growth and foster success. Sarah’s team works to drive efficiencies and implement best practices in new business submissions and strengthen relationships with external partners.
Originally from England, Sarah moved to the United States 20 years ago. She enjoys working out, is an animal advocate and appreciates the opportunity to explore the many and varied states across the U.S.
Tahitta Diaz, MBA - Managing Director
Tahitta has been a member of the North Texas Business Center management team since 2018. She brings over 16 years of experience in marketing and business development to the team. As a managing director, Tahitta’s focus is to help each financial representative grow their business, in addition to assisting in developing business strategies to help financial representatives reach their goals. She is a graduate of Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with an MBA in Marketing.
Tahitta is an active member within the community through the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Young Professional—Regional Chamber of Commerce, and The Stewpot—an organization that works with the homeless and at-risk individuals of Dallas. When not working, Tahitta spends time with her daughter Mia and their 2 Chihuahuas—Dre and Brownie. Tahitta hails from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
Kamal Kaushal CLU®, LUTCF, MBA - Managing Director
As a Managing Director, Kamal actively recruits new and experienced professionals to our firm. With over 30 years of industry experience, Kamal is passionate about helping professionals build their practice and reach their goals. Kamal received his MBA from University of Phoenix. He holds his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designations.
Kamal is on the Board of Directors for both Visit Dallas and India Association of North Texas. He served as President of India Association of North Texas in 2018, the Chairman of Board at the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce in 2017, board member at the Dallas District Attorney in 2018 and the Dallas Citizen Council in 2017. In his personal time, Kamal enjoys travel, sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Bob Markle CLF®, CLTC® - Managing Director
As Managing Director for the Oklahoma firm, Bob brings over 26 years of experience in the finance industry to actively recruit, train and develop financial advisors and is a member of Edmond Chamber of Commerce, MDRT, NAIFA, GAMA and the GAMA Foundation. Bob has been a featured speaker for organizations, financial service companies, and institutions with over 700 events private as well as main platform.
Bob and his wife Susie live in Edmond, Oklahoma and have 7 children and 5 grandchildren.
Sean O'Brien - Associate Managing Director
Sean has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has been with the Principal Financial Group since 1991. As an Associate Managing Director for the North Texas Business Center, he assists in the professional development of our financial professionals, and consults with them to create custom financial strategies that help their individual and business clients solve a variety of financial problems. He has been an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) for many years, and is a Past President of NAIFA–Fort Worth.
Sean lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Brenda, and their two children—Brody and Erin.
Torri Thebo - Senior Business Development Consultant
Torri has been in the financial services industry since 1994 and has been with Principal since 2000. As Senior Business Development Consultant, she partners with the management team and the financial professionals to implement strategies designed to expand their marketing programs, as well as to initiate and support local branding activities for the business center. She is passionate about providing a high quality of support and service to her leaders, field, clients and prospects.
Torri is Texas born and raised! She enjoys the outdoors, travel, and spending her time surrounded by family and friends.
Becky Pruitt - New Business Consultant
Becky has been with Principal since 2001. One of the most important things Becky has learned in her career is the importance of making financial decisions.
Becky is married to husband, Oscar, and they love to travel and spend time with their six nieces and nephews. Becky loves to volunteer by serving as the Vacation Bible School Director and Event Coordinator at her church.
Sarah Zinnel - Recruiting Support Coordinator
Sarah brings to the North Texas Business Center over 3 years of recruiting and HR support experience in the staffing industry. She specializes in candidate experience and delivering quality recruiting support. She is dedicated to continuous education and personal improvement through overcoming fears, learning new skills, and being open-minded.
Sarah is a dog enthusiast who has a personal goal of visiting one global location per year.
Denise Moore, CLF®, CMC - Senior Regional Business Strategist
As Senior Regional Business Strategist, Denise provides one on one marketing consultations with advisors to create a customized marketing plan to build and grow their practice. Denise supports local branding and market development in our locations.
Denise enjoys traveling to sunny vacation spots, watching sporting events, and spending time with loved ones.
Mindy Pincus - Director of Field Supervision
Mindy has over 15 years of insurance and financial services experience. As a Director of Field Supervision, Mindy’s goal is to be a resource and a partner to advisors and managers providing education and guidance to help foster a compliant and ethical sales culture.
Mindy is active in the community and participates as a member of Women and Financial Services and the Dallas/Fort Worth Compliance Roundtable. Mindy enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Tim Gilliam - Field Training Consultant
As a Field Training Consultant, Tim partners with New Business Consultants nationwide in training and mentoring to achieve a high level of performance targeted at insurance and securities new business case support for financial professionals and their clients.
Tim is responsible for developing business efficiencies, collaborating with management teams and home office partners to expedite business processes and ensure quality customer experience within our business centers. Tim devotes a percentage of his time to directly supporting the North Texas Business Center in new case design, case submission, product delivery, client satisfaction, and client retention.
