Rob Cozzi, Jr., CLF®, RICP - Managing Director
Rob joined Principal in 2004 as a financial professional. While maintaining his client focused business, he became a Development Director in 2008 and a Managing Director in 2016.
Rob really enjoy developing his representatives and helping his clients become financially successful.
My happy place is spending as many weekends as possible up in the mountains with my family fly fishing or hanging out around the barbeque.
Martha Blevins, FLMI, ACS, AIAA, CFP - Site Coordinator
My team and I are the glue that has kept our offices running smoothly since 1988. We are problem solvers who make sure your accounts are set up properly and your questions answered in a timely fashion. When I'm not at work I'm playing softball, volunteering at my church or hanging out with family and friends.
Kassie Hulick - Candidate Experience Consultant
Kassie Hulick partners with the management team to provide comprehensive support to all new financial representative candidates through the onboarding and initial marketing launch processes. This includes scheduling of exams, ordering background checks, preparing contracting and registration paperwork.
Lisa Rinehart - Regional Talent Acquisition Consultant
Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a career that started managing credit union relationships on the West Coast. She joined Principal® in 2008 to focus on sourcing registered financial professional and leader talent. She finds great satisfaction in this role as she lives out the company’s values and mission bringing new talent from across the country into our culture of inclusion and diversity, where both specific and holistic practices thrive.
Business development consultants
A business development consultant partners with the management team and representatives to implement strategies to expand their marketing, branding, and business development efforts at both the representative and firm level.
New business consultants
The new business consultant role is a team approach, where each is responsible for consultation and management of all aspects of new business case design and submission. The team approach allows a consistent opportunity to partner with Financial Professionals and their teams along with our home office product partners to ensure cases are submitted accurately so they can be processed on time, in alignment with product area processes.
